Shipping policy

Shipping across all items is free and included in the product cost. 
This shall include all pin codes. 

There are no additional charges for shipping on the website. 
Cash on Delivery ( COD ) available till Rs 4999/- 

We offer same day delivery for all Local Orders ( Delhi-NCR ) at no extra cost.

For Returns, a request can be raised by contacting ritzyaliving@gmail.com and as per our return policy if the product is eligible for return then we shall get your product picked up and give you a code through which you would be able to place the order again. 

Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday as our facility is closed on Monday. Local ( Delhi-NCR ) orders placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. 

Delivery: We aim to deliver the products within three to four days using multiple courier partners.
